Описание: If your glutes won’t fire, it doesn’t always mean they’re weak - tight hips may be shutting them down before they even get a chance to work as well as they could.

In this video, I’ll show you how to tell the difference between mobility limitations and true glute weakness, and why guessing often keeps people stuck. You’ll learn the exact sequence that works: reduce tension, restore motion, then build strength. Fix what’s tight, strengthen what’s weak, and your low back and knees may benefit.
