Course: Two laps, anit-clockwise of tarmac paths.
Most of the course is shaded by tall trees
A short steep incline at the end of each lap

Course Notes: The paths were nice and smooth.
First kilometre of each lap is downhill(Gentle)
Second kilometre is flat.
Last 150m of each lap is uphill(Short and steep)
Plenty of shade from the trees and any wind.
