Course: Three and a bit clockwise laps of Luton Wardown park.
All on tarmac paths.
One slope which is done four times.
Approx 8m of elevation on each lap

Course Notes: Nice tarmac paths.
Wide enough to easily pass.
One small bridge which is th eonly narrow aprt of the course.
Slope is short and not steep
At top of slope, keep right as there can be a car on a very short section.
