Kids Favourite Ramen - Homemade Chilli oil & seasoning - Christmas Vlog 2025

Alright, lets see how I do with this!

Both of these are completely adaptable to the flavours you wish to impart, this is approx what I did.

Chilli Oil -
750ml of peanut oil
500g peanuts
200g of seeds of choice (can toast them)
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon black vinegar
1 tablespoon bouillon
2 tsp black pepper
Garlic/onion etc
other flavours to taste!
Heat oil to 175c/350f - pour over top, let cool, decant, store in fridge!

Ramen Seasoning -
200g Bouillon
60g smoked paprika
60g onion flakes
60g garlic powder
Pepper to taste
Onion Powder (optional, depends on your bouillon too)
