FULL RECIPE: Stovetop Potato and Ground Meat Pie
STAGE 1: Ground Meat Filling
200g Ground Meat (Minced Beef)
4 tbsp Vegetable Oil (adjust based on meat fat content)
1 Small Onion, chopped
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Black Pepper
