Ingredients:
350 gms Baby Potatoes
Add Water and cook for 3 whistles on high flame
Peel off the Potatoes skin and prick
Add 4 Green Cardamom
4 Cloves
1.5 inch Ciannon
1/2 tsp Black pepper
1 tbsp Saunf
1 tbsp Coriander seeds
1 tsp Cumin
8-9 Dry Chilies
2-3 Kashmiri chilies/1/2 tbsp kashmiri Powder
Roast well on low flame until fragrant
Transfer to mixer jar and grind to semi coarse powder
add 2 tbsp Cashews
2 Ripe Tomato cubes
Grind to smooth paste
Add 1/4 cup Oil
Add Boiled Potatoes and Fry to light Golden
Add 1/4 tsp Saunf
2 Green Cardamom
1/2 Bay leaf
1/3 cup Onion chopping
2-3 Slit Green Chilies
Fry the Onion to golden
Add 1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
Fry well
Add Ground Tomato Kaju paste
Saute well & cook until Oil floats
Add Ground Powder
Salt
Add 1/4 cup Curd and cook until Oil floats
Add 2.5 cups Water
Cover & cook for 3-4 mins
Add Fried Aloo
Coriander chopping
Kasuri methi
Cover & cook until Oil floats
Sprinkle 1/4 cup Fresh Cream
1 tbsp Ghee
Saute well
