Walt Disney World | Day 6 | Hollywood Studios, Disney Boardwalk, Fantasmic, and a DISASTER!

Описание: Welcome to Day 6 of our 3 week Walt Disney World adventure.

Today is Hollywood Studios day! We watch my favourite show Fantasmic and visit Disney's Boardwalk with dinner and cakes! Which spoiler alert… were INCREDIBLE!!

The day started with us driving to Hollywood Studios and catching the Skyliner over to Epcot. This was my parent’s first time on the skyliner and they definitely approved of the new Disney transportation. From Epcot we walked down towards Disney’s Boardwalk.

I have been to Walt Disney World 5 times before this trip, and have NEVER been to the Boardwalk! This was definitely on my bucket list and it did not disappoint. The views, vibes and smells were incredible. We had dinner at the deli, the soup seriously elevated the meatball sandwich! Of course we saved plenty of room for some serious slices of cake from the famous Cake Bake shop! $22 dollars (+tax) for a slice of cake is ridiculous but I hate to say… it was worth it! It may have been the best slice of cheesecake I have ever had (and believe me I’ve eaten my fair share of cheesecake).

After a little shop at the Boardwalk we took the boat back over to Hollywood Studios. From there was had a slow start, having a mooch around the stalls and dancing with Dale!

The rest of the day consisted of going on some rides, Slinky Dog Dash included and trying a few snacks before heading into Batuu. This was my dad’s first time in Batuu, and as a massive Star Wars fan he was so impressed, the Millennium Falcon was the real show stopper for him.

We then had the BEST time watching Fantasmic (my favourite show), there were so many new parts we had never seen before. The music and Sorcerer Mickey gives me all the feels, but honestly… we may have forgotten how scary it is for smaller children. It can be a little frightening at times. The night then ended with a complete disaster, watch to find out what happened, definitely not what we wanted when arriving home after 11pm!
