These meals are SO EASY to make... even if you aren't much of a cook. Weight loss doesn't need to be complicated... I lost 30 pounds eating this way, following one rule: Eat as much as I want until I'm full of foods that are UNDER 700 calories per pound. That's it. It doesn't need to be more complicated than that... Eat: fruit, vegetables, wet starches such as: oatmeal, rice, potatoes, sweet potatoes, beans and legumes and eliminate all oils and processed food.

MEALS I ATE IN THIS VIDEO:
breakfast: SWEET POTATO, PUMPKIN SMOOTHIE:
(this recipe makes 2 x 16 oz glasses)
2 x frozen bananas
1/2 cup of unsweetened soy milk
10 oz water
pinch of Enzo Stevia
1/3 cup of pure pumpkin
1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon
lunch: 2 x baked sweet potatoes, 1/2 cup frozen corn, 1/2 cup frozen peas, 1/2 cup of lentils seasoned with lime juice, garlic powder, ketchup.
dinner:
1 x cup of cooked rice
1/2 package of tofu, baked in the oven for 20 minutes on 400f with garlic powder.
1/2 cup of lima beans
1/2 cup of chickpeas
seasoned with chili powder, garlic powder and soy sauce.
snack: frozen mango with lime juice.
