n this video, I share an insight that emerged during a live group meditation—one that may especially resonate if you’re a healer, healthcare practitioner, therapist, or someone who naturally wants to help others.
While sitting in silence with the group, I noticed an internal pull to offer more, to say something, to “do” something—despite having clearly named that silence was part of the practice. Rather than acting on that impulse, I stayed present with it.
As I did, I noticed something shift. When I let go of the need to help or rescue, my energy deepened. A sense of ease and quiet joy emerged, simply from being present. Nothing needed to happen.
This video is an invitation to notice where the urge to help may actually be pulling you out of your center, and how learning to stay with that impulse—without acting on it—can strengthen your capacity, deepen your presence, and reduce exhaustion or resentment over time.
