The ultimate slicer, inspired by a Japanese tanto, I wanted to make an insane kitchen slicer with the aggressive tip and fuller on the blade.
A very fun project with Gabe Fletcher of Anchorage Forge and Anchorage Brewing. Thanks Gabe for forging the awesome damascus blade, and for brewing such an amazing beer to go with it.

The knife came out beautifully, pretty much exactly the way I wanted it to (which is rare). Having the test done on some A5 wagyu was amazing to see, thank you Ben Forbes for helping with the R&D as always.
