Welcome to Day 9 of the challenge!
In this workout, we are doing a no jumping, weight loss workout, at home, with no equipment. This routine will be following a HIIT timer, focusing on cardio-based movements to get the heart rate up so you burn those calories.
This is a super short workout, but if you move quickly and push yourself, you will feel the burn and sweat.
