Welcome to Day 10 of the challenge!
It's time for my favourite kind of workout: abs! We will be going at a slower pace today, to get you to really concentrate on the stomach muscles, so you can tone those abs.
Make sure that you doing each rep with the best quality possible. Think about the mind-muscle connection and be sure to breathe and exhale on every contraction.
