Oversplit Stretching Routine | Deepen Your Front Split (25-Min Follow Along)

Описание: This oversplit stretching routine is designed for intermediate to advanced practitioners who want to deepen their front split, build endurance in split holds, and safely explore oversplits.

In this 25-minute follow-along class, we use elevated support to progressively increase range of motion and control. The focus is on staying intentional, aligned, and patient while working beyond the flat split.

✨ In this routine, you’ll work on:
• Deep front split flexibility
• Oversplit preparation and progression
• Endurance for split holds
• Controlled range in the hips and legs

🧱 Props used in this class:
• One yoga block (low height)
• Two yoga blocks (higher option)
• A chair or couch if you need more height

This class is not suitable for beginners. It is best approached once you are already close to or comfortable in front splits.
