Tapping the body can help circulation, open blockages, and release stagnant energy through-out the whole body. This routine will wake up every cell in your body as well as stimulate acupressure points and meridian lines.
This whole body meridian tapping is a great exercise for any age group for general health, to create warmth and to feel energised and focused.
Pat the body gently and comfortably, tap more softly in any area that feels tender. If you feel like you can’t tap a certain area instead gently rub your hands together and lightly massage that area.
