Healthy Living…Together is a project that was developed by McKenzie Health System in collaboration with the Sanilac County Health Department, MSU Extension, Great Start Collaborative Sanilac, and Sanilac County Community Mental Health to help you on your path to a healthier life. Originally named “Healthy Lifestyles”, this program has evolved as we continue to provide valuable healthy living information for the community online.
At McKenzie we believe that healthy changes occur as a result of choices we make over a period of time. These may include making healthy food choices, finding new ways to incorporate physical activity, learning how to recognize and get help with depression, choosing the right supplements, and many other topics that work together for your health. The Healthy Living…Together programming includes monthly events designed to provide you with information to help you make healthy choices.
