Описание: Hey, ya'll! Today's video is a SACRAL CHARKA YIN YOGA practice. This video is about 30 minutes long & we are doing poses that open the hips to help activate the Sacral Chakra. The Sacral Chakra is responsible for your passion, creativity, & sexuality. It is located below the naval near your sacrum. The hip opening postures we'll be practicing are also great for releasing emotions. At the end of the practice, I offer some Sacral Chakra affirmations & some quiet space for you to continue your meditation.
