*Only 2 sets shown on video - 1 for low bar and 1 for high bar squat
2 week squat microcycle == high frequency squatting altering sets, reps and %
3rd day of the week with 12 total sets of squat -6 sets low bar/ 6 sets high bar with 90% of routine maxes.
So I did fast 6 triples with 172.5kg/ 380lbs with ~2 minutes rest between sets.
For high bar I was drained food,sleep etc. leading to recovery deficit and did only 1 set with prescribed % - 185kg / 408lbs - . After that I changed day setup to 5 more descending sets and ~ min. rest.
Triples were following: 170kg/375lbs ; 160kg/353lbs ; 150kg/331lbs ; 140kg/309lbs ; 140kg/309lbs
