Time: 35 minutes workout
Equipment: Barbell or Dumbbell
Level: All levels welcome

Muscle focus: Warm up the muscles with foundation lifting.
Equipment: Barbell
Beginners: Light weight
Regulars: Light weight

➡️ 8:08 SQUAT & LUNGE Kill em with kindness (Cover music original by Selina Gomez)
Muscle focus: Quad, Glutes & Hamstring.
Equipment: Barbell & additional plate.
Beginners: For Squat double your warm up weight. For Lunge body weight or small plate.
Regulars: For Squat 3 to 4 times more than warm up weight. For Lunge medium or small plate option to stay with bar.

➡️ 15:09 CHEST & SHOULDER Beliver (Cover music original by Imagine Dragons)
Muscle focus: Pectorals & Deltoid.
Equipment: Barbell & bench.
Beginners: 1/3 off the squat weight or option to go back to warm up weight.
Regulars: 1/3 off squat weight.

Muscle focus: Lats, Glutes & Hamstring.
Equipment: Barbell & 1 additional plate.
Beginners: Keep the same weight from chest.
Regulars: Double up warm up weight & 1 medium or large plate.

Muscle focus: Arms - Triceps & Biceps.
Beginners: Warm up weight on bar or lighter & 2 light plates.
