Intelligent Drainage Solutions (IDS) are seen using Rufford Ford to access the culvert that runs under Rufford Mill. The culvert is full of silt and other debris, IDS have been removing up to eight tonnes of silt a day from the culvert. After all the silt and other debris was cleared from the culvert the team could the inspect the inside of the culvert to make sure it is structurally sound and carry out and maintenance if required.
This work has unfortunately nothing to do with Rufford Ford being reopened.
