Today is 22/11 - the 22nd day of the 22q11 knowledge and awareness month.
We wonder if this amazing idea, about spreading awareness that is taking place around the world will bring good results?
Will children and adults with Deletion or Duplication get a better understanding? Will physicians, teachers, therapists, employers be more interested in the topic?
In nivember 2017, Bogna and Marcin took to the streets of Warsaw to ask casual passersby if they ever heard of 22q11 genetic disorder. How do you think their answer was?
Unfortunately, the actual knowledge on this topic is very negligible.
