We’re going to begin today by laying all our burdens down into a relaxing child’s pose and finding some length in the side body. Remember that the breath is the deepest tool we have to find the spaciousness that we’re seeking. Move next into some cat cows as you honor yourself, as we prepare for our first threaded twist. As we continue through different twist variations in this class, make sure to slow down and deepen your breath. With each exhale, release tension and stress from the new spaces you’re opening into.
We end with an optional twisty Shavasana, where I invite you to sink into being versus doing.
