At the Infosys Group, he held VP & Global Head roles at EdgeVerve Systems, Infosys Technologies, and Infosys BPM, managing 500+ professionals, delivering $50M+ bottom-line impact, driving enterprise risk management, agile adoption, and ML automation. Earlier, he advanced quality systems, process optimization, and customer experience at Accenture Services, ICICI Bank, Indian Aluminium Foil & Packaging, and AT&S India Limited.

Rama’s board relevance lies in transformational leadership, AI-enabled decision solutions, operational excellence, and cross-industry strategy.
