Currently at Jio BlackRock—a joint venture between BlackRock and Jio Financial Services—he leads the build-out of its new brokerage business, driving cross-functional execution across Product, Technology, Operations, Risk, and Compliance. He also shapes GIFT City’s international broking proposition and is spearheading the full digitization of domestic and international mutual fund journeys. Earlier, as Executive Director and Global Process Manager at Standard Chartered Bank, he led global capital reporting and regulatory processes, managed a $12M budget and 340 professionals, centralized liquidity reporting across 20 countries, automated frameworks, halved risk issues, optimized $6BN in capital consumption, and reduced liquidity buffers by $8BN. His career spans the UK, Singapore, and India, with leadership roles at Investec Bank, Royal Bank of Scotland, Merrill Lynch, and Credit Suisse AG, where he served as Director of the Basel III Project and APAC Head of Treasury Projects.

An award-winning innovator, Senthil built a machine learning derivatives reconciliation tool, modernized Basel 3.1 systems, and strengthened operational resilience through robust first-line controls. He reduced attrition by 30% through focused talent programs and co-founded Vestra Path, an end-to-end career enablement venture built on Career Pathway Assessment, Holistic Training & Coaching, and Professional Branding & Market Readiness. A Biochemistry graduate who transitioned successfully into Finance, he combines analytical precision with governance-led leadership, simplifying complex regulatory environments into clear, board-ready insights. With proven expertise in liquidity, capital frameworks, and technology-enabled transformation, he is well positioned to contribute to strategic oversight, risk governance, and sustainable enterprise value creation at the board level.
