PLEASE NOTE! the ingredients list in the video has the honey as 1oz and the butter as 2oz these need to swapped to honey 2oz and butter 1oz, the ingredient list in the description box below is correct. Sorry for the confusion.

Ingredients
240g / 8½oz water
380g / 13½oz Strong white bread flour
100g / 3½oz Rolled porridge oats
60g / 2oz Honey
30g / 1oz Butter
1tbl Brown sugar
2½tsp Dried yeast or 25g / 1oz of fresh yeast
1½tsp kosher salt or 1tsp Table salt
2 large eggs: beaten
You’ll also need flour for dusting, egg wash, & oats for sprinkling
