Описание: Join us on our first overnight passage aboard our Oyster 56 as we sail from St Helens Pool in the Isles of Scilly to Milford Haven. Things don’t go quite to plan—our depth sounder fails, and we find ourselves navigating through heavy traffic around the Traffic Separation Scheme (TSS).
After arriving safely in Wales, I leave Tony onboard to tackle a list of boat jobs while I travel to the opposite side of the UK for a family celebration of life. Back on the boat, we finally solve our anchoring issues by fitting an Ultra Anchor swivel, making life at anchor far more secure and stress-free.
This passage tested us, taught us, and reminded us why the cruising life is always full of surprises.
