Once we leave Ramsey Sound, we continue overnight toward Strangford Lough, hoping for a smooth passage. But just as we line up to enter the dangerous Strangford Narrows, chaos strikes again — we accidentally catch a seagull on our fishing line (don’t worry, it’s fine!) and then discover a major engine leak right when we need power most.
This episode has it all: tide races, wildlife encounters, boat problems, and genuine sailing challenges. It’s the kind of real-life adventure every sailor both dreads and secretly loves!
