What is Tabata?
Tabata is a type of HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) workout that aims to yield the most benefits in a short amount of time.
Benefits of Tabata:
▶️ boosts metabolism
▶️ time-efficient
▶️ boosts aerobic and anaerobic fitness levels
▶️ increases lean muscle mass
▶️ raises heart rate
TABATA - Cardio Mix
⏳ 4 mins Targeted Area Workout.
⏳ 20 seconds Full Power / 10 seconds Rest.
Repeat this session as many times as needed to have a satisfying effect.
Exercises in order of appearance:
🔅Rope Climber
🔅 Knee Tuck
🔅 Side Lunge - Courtesy
🔅Shuffle (HUT)
🔅 Push Up
🔅 Plank Jump
🔅 Superman (modified)
