Hey there!
Here is my clear at the Mage Tower Artifact Challenge with around 32 attempts under my belt. First 10 or so was at 889 gear but, after ToS was released and a few upgrades and 22 attempts later, I got to 905 ilevel and was able to clear it.
This fight requires you to change talents after phase 1 so bring some Tome of the Tranquil minds with you!
Here are my talent setups:
Phase 1 -- 3323223
Phase 2 -- 2233111
(For me I chose Momentum to have access to DMG increase on demand for adds in P2, works even better with Mo'arg's bracers)
Legionaries:
Raddon's Cascading Eyes
Prydaz, Xavaric's Magnum Opus
(Good legendaries for this for ease of access are Prydaz and Achor)
Stats:
Crit: 37.44% (With Crit food buff)
Haste: 20.73%
Vers: 6.88%/3.44%
Mastery: 29.88%
Buffs:
Using the Augment runes helps but can be pricey.
Agility Flask
Crit Food Buff.
Songs:
Village of Whispers -- Killer Instinct Season 2
Inferno -- Killer Instinct Season 2
