Current Setup: Armour Piercing Rounds, High Velocity Rounds, Fragmentation Rounds with a bleed focus.
I really enjoyed the Permafrost Rounds/Fragmentation Rounds build with some flair, but I was trying to find damage for single target while also thinking of playing a Bleed Crossbow Build, so I ended up going with the later for now.
Constricting Command is really good this patch, and I wanted to utilize Titan to take more advantage of those nodes for being surrounded, while also using Jewels to further increase the effect of small passives to a max of 75% increase if the jewels are rolled well.
It also just so happens that aspects of a bleed build are lingering around those surrounded nodes! So why not take both.
