And we're back again with another festive favourite, this time a spicy prawn cocktail!
For the Marie Rose sauce:
3 tablespoons of mayonnaise
3 tablespoons of tomato ketchup
Pinch of salt
Dash of Worcestershire sauce
Dash of tabasco sauce
Squeeze of lime
For the salad:
3 washed lettuce leaves
Half an avocado
Prawns:
6/7 cooked and peeled prawns per serving
One cooked shell-on prawn for garnishing
Sprinkle of cayenne pepper
