Описание: This talk explores how the way we see the world shapes the world itself, highlighting the power of empathy to transform perspective into action. Using the 17 Sustainable Development Goals as lenses, the speaker shows how understanding the others' experiences (i.e., poverty, inequality, climate challenges) reveals endless possibilities for positive change. By connecting personal awareness to global responsibility, the talk inspires each of us to act and create a more just, compassionate, and sustainable world. Born and raised in Uganda, Natalie Alinda Kagaba is a Grade 9 student at the International School of Uganda, who believes that how we see the world can shape the world itself. Growing up in a multicultural environment has allowed her to appreciate the power of empathy and perspective in connecting people across backgrounds. Her curiosity about global issues and her interest in the Sustainable Development Goals have inspired her to explore how simple acts of understanding can create powerful change. This talk was given at a TEDx event using the TED conference format but independently organized by a local community. Learn more at https://www.ted.com/tedx
