Nearly 400 migrant domestic workers have entered Singapore since July, under a pilot programme meant to bring them in with safe management measures. It is only enough to meet 10 to 20 per cent of current demand from employers. The Association of Employment Agencies Singapore said it is hoping to bring more in over the next two months.
