This was a challenging brew day using the Klarstein Maischfest kettle as we try liquoring back to end up with more beer from a single brew. Was this why we poured away the beer?

Try and guess why the beer was awful. We will be trying this again...
This brew day was recorded in the middle of summer 2020 when the covid rules were more relaxed.

Spoiler;
We ended up pouring the brew down the drain because we fermented at a very high temperature due to a heatwave hitting the UK.
