The ginger brewers attempt a brew by Jon Finch using the 25l Klarstein Maischfest Boiler Mash Kettle

Описание: Brew day with only half of the ginger brewers - the other half is there in spirit. This time we take on the Bad Santa brew from Jon Finch's book "Beer craft". Linked here;

To make this brew we use the 25l Klarstein Maischfest Boiler Mash Kettle. We have used this for all our brews so far and found it very easy to use, making very drinkable brews. (It rhymes 🤣)

With 4 types of malted grains (maris otter, caramunic, crystal, munic), hops, cinnamon, vanilla, maple syrup and a cherry extract which we make ourselves. This is a complex brew with many stages but I believe could be brewed successfully by all the beginner homebrewers out there wanting a challenge. If you are an experienced homebrewer and haven't yet tried this one... put it on your bucket list!
