Welcome to Fittest of the Coast Qualifier 25.2 & 25.3 — a back-to-back grind designed to test your legs, lungs, and grip stamina under mounting fatigue.
⚡ Part 1 – “25.2” (0:00–8:00)
For Time – 8:00 Cap
6 × 25’ Shuttle Runs (150’ total)
1–2–3–4...10 Double Dumbbell Front Squats (50/35 lb)
🎯 Focus:
Leg burn meets pacing discipline.
Every round gets heavier on the lungs and quads.
Smooth transitions = fast times.
🔥 Targets:
Elite: Sub-6:00
Rx: Sub-7:30
Feel: Quads screaming, lungs on fire, heart rate redlining.
Part 2 – “25.3” (9:00–18:30)
5 Intervals – :90 Work / :30 Rest
Each Interval:
6 × 25’ Double DB Farmer Carries (150’ total)
Max Bar Muscle-Ups in remaining time
💯 Score: Total Bar Muscle-Ups
🎯 Focus:
Gymnastics capacity under grip fatigue.
Midline control + composure through carries.
Each interval: move quick, breathe deep, hit efficient BMU sets.
🔥 Targets:
Elite: 50+ Bar Muscle-Ups
Rx: 30–40 Total
💡 Feel: Shoulders heavy, grip shot, lungs on fire — pure competition grit.

Part 1: Pacing discipline, lower-body stamina, aerobic engine.
Part 2: Shoulder endurance, midline control, gymnastics under fatigue.
