This is one replica of only two in the world. The original was made for the 1867 Paris France world fair, and is now on display in Berlin Germany. One replica was made by a veteran machinist in New York, and is on display in his collection. This is the other one.
It’s powered by one cylinder and runs off of hydrogen and compressed oxygen. It had a total of one half horse power.
