Описание: The final Chapter of Professor Attilas 5 Pound Dumbell Workout. I part one I introduced this concept of light weight maximum concentration with high reps starting with the arms and shoulders. In part 2 I carried on through this full body programme to dynamic exercises for the upper body that may have been left in the 1900s but still have an impact. Part 3 progressed to the mid section and legs with chest and back movements included. The Workout was certainly challenging and intensity high. from researching other similar workouts published by Eugene Sandow who was a studentvof Attila, the emphasis is on really gripping the dumbells and opposing your muscles to themselves. the weight is more of a feeling to concentrate on. I'm rotating this into my training around once per week or when time is limited as it is a good contrast to the higher weight work. I believe to original intention was to do this every day or with only a few rest days, which probably could be adapted to. It might certainly create gains and switch muscles on and show imbalances. Just have to be careful with the high rep curls as can tax the tendons if done with the intended concentration. I also don't go all the way down on the leg raises as can aggravate lower spine disks. If you give this an honest go you will be certainly exercised!
