This build really comes online at level 16 with Up the Frequency, where Lucio’s E pressure becomes constant in teamfights. Once you hit that spike, you’re no longer just peeling — you’re actively dictating space, forcing cooldowns, and wearing teams down through sustained pressure.
High Five is the glue that holds everything together, letting us bail teammates out of impossible situations and swing fights that look completely lost. Combined with Lucio’s mobility and wall-riding, this game highlights how much value he brings when played aggressively and intentionally.
