Creamy, cheesy, and loaded with tender seafood—this lasagna is perfect for special dinners or holiday gatherings!
🛒 Ingredients
9–12 lasagna noodles (cooked according to package)
1 lb shrimp (peeled, deveined, chopped)
1 lb lump crab meat (drained, shells removed)
2 cups ricotta cheese
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
3 tbsp butter
3 tbsp flour
3 cups milk (warm)
2 cloves garlic (minced)
½ tsp onion powder
1 tsp Italian seasoning
½ tsp paprika
Salt & black pepper to taste
1 tbsp olive oil
Fresh parsley (optional garnish)
👩🍳 Instructions
1️⃣ Prepare the Seafood
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add shrimp and cook for 2–3 minutes until pink. Gently fold in crab meat, season lightly with salt and pepper, then remove from heat. Do not overcook.
2️⃣ Make the Cream Sauce
In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Stir in flour and cook for 1 minute. Gradually whisk in warm milk until smooth and thickened. Add garlic, onion powder, Italian seasoning, paprika, salt, and pepper. Simmer until creamy.
3️⃣ Assemble the Lasagna
Preheat oven to 375°F and grease a 9x13 baking dish.
Layer as follows:
Thin layer of cream sauce
Lasagna noodles
Ricotta cheese
Seafood mixture
Mozzarella
Repeat layers and finish with cream sauce and remaining mozzarella and Parmesan on top.
4️⃣ Bake
Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes.
Remove foil and bake another 15 minutes until bubbly and golden.
5️⃣ Rest & Serve
Let rest for 10–15 minutes before slicing. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.
⭐ Tips
Add spinach for extra flavor and color.
Substitute scallops for part of the shrimp if desired.
Pairs beautifully with garlic bread and a fresh salad.
