Today we’re walking through a full lower body day of mine. I’ve been meaning to film this for a while, and I’m thinking of turning it into a series where Juriel just films me doing my thing — makes it way easier to stay locked in 😅 let me know what you think in the comments
Here’s the full lower body workout:
🔥 Elevated Front Squats — 3x8-10
🔥 Hamstring-Focused RDLs — 3x10
🔥 Barbell Hip Thrusts — 3x10
🔥 Bulgarian Split Squats — 3x10
🔥 Sissy Squat Superset — Weighted + Bodyweight burnout (3 sets)
🔥 Leg Extension Burnout
• 1 set, 3 drop sets
• Finish with single-leg extensions AMRAP
