Join Dr. Mae Hughes for this early postpartum pelvic floor and deep core rehab workout designed to support your pelvic floor, deep core, and mobility and help you feel supported, connected, and confident as you heal after birth.
This guided class focuses on gentle, breath-led, pelvic floor–first movement to help you release tension, restore mobility, and safely reconnect with your core in the early postpartum phase.
All exercises are postpartum-appropriate and pelvic floor–friendly, with cues to manage pressure, support healing, and avoid compensation patterns as you rebuild strength.
All you’ll need for this workout:
Pilates ball (a folded pillow works too!)
Pillow or cushion
