Описание: A short documentary about the first sonic artist-in-residence in the Wits School of Architecture and Planning, University of the Witwatersrand, Johannesburg. As part of the ARTSCI4Innovation programme, sound artist and musician, Dr Warrick Swinney (a.k.a Warrick Sony), completed a 9 month residency, teaching sound skills and sound design concepts to Architecture students and initiating a creative collaboration with Architecture lecturer Dirk Bahmann and his students and Music Lecturers Dr Cameron Harris and Dr Cara Stacey and their students. The results of that collaboration were presented as a live, location-specific, performance by the Music Students creatively responding to the installation sound designs by the Architecture students. The performance took place as part of the School of Architecture and Planning 2025 end of year exhibitions.
