घ लोक सेवा आयोग ने 16 जून 2024 को सिविल सेवा के लिए प्रारंभिक परीक्षा का आयोजन किया था. इसके महज 6 दिन बाद 22 और फिर 24 जून को झारखंड लोक सेवा आयोग ने 11वीं सिविल सेवा की मुख्य परीक्षा का आयोजन किया था. प्रारंभिक परीक्षा तो अप्रैल में हो चुकी थी. यूपीएससी ने तो सिविल सेवा परीक्षा 2024 का परिणाम 11 महीने में जारी कर दिया लेकिन जेपीएससी कब 11वीं सिविल सेवा परीक्षा का परिणाम जारी करेगा, शायद ये खुद भी नहीं जानता. इसी अवधि के बीच 13 दिसंबर और 4 जनवरी को बीपीएससी 70वीं सिविल सेवा की पीटी परीक्षा का आयोजन किया गया और अब कल से मुख्य परीक्षा का आय़ोजन किया जाना है. यूपी, राजस्थान और मध्य प्रदेश जैसे राज्यों में प्रतिवर्ष ससमय राज्य लोक सेवा आयोग सिविल सेवा परीक्षाओं का आयोजन करा लेता है, लेकिन 1 वर्ष बीत गये लेकिन आयोग के पास रिजल्ट को लेकर कोई जवाब नहीं. आयोग न परिणाम जारी करता है और ना पही देरी की वजह बताता है. अभ्यर्थियों ने इतना माथा तो ईश्वर के दरवाजे पर नहीं टेका होगा जितना आयोग के दफ्तर में टेक आये लेकिन आयोग के अधिकारियों के कानों में जूं तक नहीं रेंगी. अभ्यर्थी सवाल कर रहे हैं कि आयोग के अधिकारी अपने काम की सैलरी तो लेते होंगे. सुविधाएं और भत्ते भी तो मिल ही रहे होंगे लेकिन किस बात के. काम तो वे कर नहीं रहे.

The commission had promised that the result would be released in the first week of August and the process of interview and document verification would be completed very soon. The notification of this promise came in June itself, but what happened. We are in April 2025 and forget about the result of JPSC 11th Civil Services Examination, there is not even a whisper of the result. Dozens of protests have taken place. The candidates have met the officials by visiting the commission many times but have only got assurances. The problem is that the problem is not solved by assurances, but the solution is done by action, which Jharkhand Public Service Commission is not taking. Difficulties are increasing. Not only has the confidence of the candidates been shaken, but the storm of questions from family, friends and relatives is also poisoning their lives. It is worth noting that in June 2024, the commission had promised to release the result in the first week of August.
