a Sekai 56" industrial ceiling fan, model : HCF 5683. There were 2 of these inside.
This fan is already weak. IDK if that can be fixed or not, but if it is the capacitor then a swap is already enough to fix the problem. Also, some metal wires can be seen tied to the downrod. I've seen another fan tied like that to reduce wobbling, and I believe it's the same case with this fan here.
