Millet / Sama (सामा) - 1 cup
Ghee (घी) - 2 tbsp
Cumin seeds (जीरा) - 1 tsp
Green Chilies (हरी मिर्च) – 2
Ginger (अदरक) – ½ inch
Curry Leaves (करी पत्ते) - Few
Potato (आलू) - 1 chopped
Rock salt or Sendha Namak as per taste
Water (पानी) - 2 cup
Fresh Coriander (धनिया) - some
