This video is part 7 in a series where I picked up this bush plane project on facebook market place where it had been sitting untouched in a barn for many years. It was mostly complete but most parts were broken, missing or in most cases just not strong enough for what my goals are with this project. Ive been upgrading just about everything I can, even strengthening the frame to handle rough off-airport landings. Covering the plane means I am one big step closer to flight testing.
I used the Poly Fiber system to cover to plane available at https://www.aircraftspruce.com/
Aircraft is a 2000 Skyraider 1 by Flying k Enterprise. Single seat variant as the popular Kitfox, Avid or Just Aircraft Highlander.
