You can make this for business and sell it as Filipino loves this kakanin specially in the afternoon. We used Coco mama brand for our coconut milk but you can also use fresh coconut milk. Some Filipinos call this recipe Maha Blanka.
Ingredients:
1 Cup Cornstarch
1/2 Cup Water
2 Cups Coconut Milk
1 Can Evaporated Milk
1/3 Cup Sugar
1/2 Cup Corn Kernel
1 Can Condensed Milk
