Hey Gang! Today let’s look at my New 5 Day Workout Split. This is really just my 4 Day Workout Split with and extra Deadlift session added in the middle.
I’m once again on my “Over 60 400 Pound Deadlift” quest and this is how I’m going to reach that goal. I’ll see how this feels for me and modify as necessary but, I think this is a great plan to start!
