Our focus today is low impact cardio, full body strengthening and sculpting with special focus on our arms and shoulders. This is your total body strength workout with dumbbells. This session include warm up, compound exercises and unilateral exercises for upper body!
This is a great companion of strength, core, arms and abs workout in one session. First add on block we will be focusing on large muscle groups and full body strength, second block we are focusing on building upper body strength. We will finish this challenge with strong push up finisher.
For this HIIT and pilates workout challenge, you will need just your mat and moderate weights. This is challenging workout, so make sure to stay hydrated, smile and do your absolutely best! Let"s crush it team!
