CHICKEN RICE PASTE FRIED RICE RECIPE

Ingredients:
Cooked rice, can serve 2-3 pax (200gm of rice was cooked)
2 eggs
120 gm baby kailan or vegetables of your choice
1 fresh red chilli, deseeded and diced
White pepper powder
Black pepper powder
Oil for cooking
Marinate the chicken and set it aside:
130gm chicken fillet, cut into bite size
1 tsp oyster sauce
1 ½ - 2 tsp of chicken rice paste
1 ½ tsp light soy sauce
P/S : You may add more chicken if you want
Steps:
Heat up some oil in a wok, soft scramble the eggs and set aside.
Add another 1 tbsp cooking oil + 1 tsp sesame oil, and saute the marinated chicken. Add 1 tbsp water and allow the chicken to cook, 4 minutes.
Then, add in the rice, mix well and then stir in the kailan.
Check for seasoning. You may add more soy sauce or the paste if necessary.
Finally, add the scrambled egg, white and black pepper powder and chilli. Bring the flame to high, give a toss for 1 minute and turn off the flame. Dish it up and enjoy!
